Top Hollywood actor, George Clooney is hosting a charity telethon "Hope for Haiti Now" that has been signed up with MTV, in an effort to raise funds for the relief of the earthquake victims in Haiti. This charity function "Hope for Haiti Now" will be aired at 8:00 Pm ET on several network channels.
This star studded event will feature some of Hollywood's most elite and biggest stars from the music industry; Of those who are slated to perform from the Los Angeles stage are Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, Alicia Keys, Dave Matthews, John Legend, Stevie Wonder, and Taylor Swift, with a "group performance" featuring Keith Urban, Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow.
The show also features: Bruce Springsteen, Sting, Mary J. Blige, Jennifer Hudson and Shakira. From London stars like Rihanna, Bono, Coldplay, Jay-Z, and The Edge will also take part.
